The Junior League of Portland’s 8th annual JLP CAREs will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017. In addition to the Volunteer-A-Thon during the day, JLP is hosting a fun and festive evening event – the Harvest Soiree and Silent Auction at the Falcon Building in Northwest Portland. Our goal this year is to activate 190 volunteers to participate in JLP CAREs Volunteer-A-Thon and raise $80,000 for the League and its programs.

We have selected following community organizations to be a part of our Volunteer-A-Thon this year. League members will support these organizations by doing a variety of projects including gardening and landscaping, painting, cooking freezer meals, assembling educational kits, cleaning and more at each of these non-profit community organizations.
